Panthrin is an insecticide made with Pyriproxyfen 10% and Bifenthrin 10% EC, developed to control whitefly at every stage of its life cycle. Whitefly is not only a sap sucking pest, it also spreads viral diseases and slowly reduces plant strength if not controlled on time, many farmers ignore it in starting and later face heavy loss. Panthrin works with the combination of a juvenile hormone regulator and a fast acting pyrethroid. Because of this it controls eggs, nymphs and adults together instead of focusing on only one stage. It helps in reducing the spread of Leaf Curl Virus and also controls sooty mold indirectly by stopping honeydew formation. When pest pressure becomes low, plants grow better, branching improves and overall crop looks more healthy.
